Outdoor Base Cresciano
Our base is located in Cresciano, on "Via Al Boschétt", directly behind the restaurant called Ristorante degli Amici. Cresciano is accessible from Bellinzona or Biasca in only a few minutes by car or postal service bus, and is the central starting point for all of our activities. The bus stop is located within a few meters of the restaurant. Location map and directions.Arriving by car from the North:
- Via motorway A2 Basel - Gotthard - Chiasso.
- Exit Biasca. Turn right, then first left on Via Iragna (this will take you across to the East side of the valley)
- Turn right (South) on the main road towards Bellinzona. Go 8.5 km.
- In Cresciano turn right just before Ristorante degli Amici. Our base is on the left, just behind the restaurant. Parking is on the right, in the empty lot just across from the base.
Arriving by car from the South:
- Via motorway A3/A13 Zürich - Chur - San Bernardino - Bellinzona or A2 Chiasso - Bellinzona.
- Exit Bellinzona North.
- Take the main road North towards Biasca (on the East side of the valley). Go 7.5 km.
- In Cresciano turn left just after Ristorante degli Amici. Our base is on the left, just behind the restaurant. Parking is on the right, in the empty lot just across from the base.
Arrival by public transport:
- Transportation by bus is available from either Bellinzona or Biasca. The name of the bus stop is "Cresciano Paese".
- From the bus stop you will see Ristorante degli Amici. Our base is directly behind the restaurant.
