Canyoning Iragna (Level 3)

Iragna is a truly outstanding canyon, even amongst the wonderful canyons of the Ticino region. It offers everything that makes Canyoning great: Very impressive canyon landscape, crystal-clear water, many great jumps up to 13 m (high jumps are optional), smaller slides and high abseils (max. 40 m). Season:
1 June to beginning of October, daily, from 4 persons. See the current tour dates, as well as available spaces in the Booking Calendar.

Level of Difficulty:
Level 3 (difficult).

Requirement:
Prior Canyoning experience or knowledge of active rappelling, good physical condition, good swimming ability, sure-footedness and absolute freedom from vertigo. From 16 years.

Length:
Total time approx. 5,5 hours (base-canyon-base), approximately 3,5 hours in the canyon.

Number of Participants:
From 4 to 10 persons.

Meeting Place:
According to confirmation, SwissChallenge Outdoor base Cresciano.

Included:
Canyoning Equipment (neoprene wetsuit, socks, canyoning harness, helmet and shoes), round-trip mini-bus transfer from the base in Cresciano, qualified Canyoning guide, beverages and snack during the tour.
